PropGym provides simulated trading scenarios, practice environments, and AI-generated coaching intended to help you build and rehearse skills. Everything on the platform is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing PropGym shows you, says to you, or generates for you is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, or other financial instrument.

02 Not financial, investment, or trading advice

PropGym is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial planner, and does not provide personalized financial advice. The "Coach" and all other feedback are automated, general-purpose training output — not advice tailored to your financial situation, risk tolerance, or goals.

Before making any real trading or financial decision, consult a qualified, licensed professional. Do not rely on PropGym as a substitute for professional advice.

03 No guarantee of results

PropGym makes no promise, guarantee, or warranty that using the platform will help you pass any funded-trader evaluation, qualify for any funded account, become profitable, or avoid losses. Practice performance inside PropGym does not predict or guarantee performance in a real evaluation or in live markets.

Trading results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own decisions, market conditions, and the specific rules of whichever evaluation or firm you choose. Past or simulated performance is never a reliable indicator of future results.

04 Simulated performance has inherent limitations

The scenarios and outcomes in PropGym are simulated. Simulated or hypothetical performance differs from real trading in important ways: it benefits from hindsight, it carries no real financial risk, and it cannot fully reproduce the emotional pressure, slippage, latency, and execution conditions of live markets or a real funded evaluation. Skill demonstrated in simulation may not transfer to real conditions.

05 Substantial risk of loss

Trading futures and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your capital, and in some cases more than your initial deposit. Funded-evaluation fees you pay to third-party firms are also at risk and may not be recoverable. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

06 No affiliation with prop firms or evaluation providers

PropGym is an independent training tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any proprietary trading firm, funded-account provider, brokerage, or evaluation company. Any references to prop firms, funded evaluations, or their rules are for general educational context only. The rules, fees, and terms of any real firm or evaluation are set entirely by that firm, may change at any time, and are solely between you and that firm.

You are responsible for reading and complying with the actual rules of any firm or evaluation you participate in. PropGym's scenarios are approximations and may not match any specific firm's current requirements.

07 Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions and their outcomes. By using PropGym, you accept that any action you take in real markets or real evaluations is your choice alone, and that PropGym and its operator are not liable for any losses, costs, or damages arising from those decisions.
